Earlier this week I was invited to the book launch of Lorna Jane Clarkson’s latest book, INSPIRED. This hardback book has 208 pages of delicious recipes, beautiful photography exercise guides and inspiring messages. This book is designed to inspire us all to live a healthy, active & happy life.
The book launch was held at London’s beautiful Laboratory Spa, the sun was shinning as we sat in the garden and  listened to some wonderful talks by nutritionist Ruth Tongue, fitness girls ‘Twice the Health’ and SportsStylists.coms Lucy Denver. After a high intensity workout with Carley Newson, we were all ready for some of Ruth’s delicious snacks and smoothies from The Juice Well.
